Service Disclaimer 

  • B&F Cleaning Services does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance. 
  • All areas are expected to be free of clutter. 
  • Clients are required to inform B&F of items or surfaces needing special care. 
  • We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item. 
  • We are NOT responsible for any harm caused to animals or people due to our cleaning supplies, we can use supplies provided if needed. 
  • If special care while cleaning is required, it is the Clients responsibility to inform B&F Cleaning Services. 
  • It is recommended that dogs or other pets be put away during cleaning, we are not responsible for their care if you leave them out. 
  • All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm. 
  • Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection. 
  • All-important items should be put away during cleaning to prevent any possible accidents. 
  • All Clients have 24 hours to contact B&F Cleaning Services with any issues or complaints, after 24 hours all clients accept that we are not held accountable. 
  • We do not offer refunds but do guarantee that we can come back and correct any errors caused by cleaners at B&F Cleaning Services. 
  • We cannot guarantee cleanings to be finished by a certain time, it depends on the scope of the work. If any clients need the cleaners to be finished by a specific time it is the client's responsibility to inform the company before the cleaning begins. 
  • Payment is due day of service; B&F Cleaning Services only accepts cash or check at this time. Please make checks payable to "B&F Cleaning Services LLC". 

NOTICE

  • We only clean windows, blinds, fixtures and other surfaces that can be reached with a 3-step ladder or extendable tools. 
  • For safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning. 
  • The presence of others or an excess of people in the house might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction. 
  • No heavy furniture will be moved. 
  • Prices are subject to change if surfaces are excessively dirty and cause cleaners to spend an excess amount of time on areas. Cleaners will not clean areas filled with clutter or areas covered in hazardous material which can include but not limited to human and animal waste. 
  • If you request the inside of your refrigerator to be cleaned, you are expected to remove food before the cleaners arrive. The cleaners are not able to touch food so we don’t risk cross contamination. 
  • If you request baseboard and wall cleaning, we will work around your furnishing and wall decorations. If you would like the baseboard and walls to be cleaned where those items may be in the way, then you are expected to remove any large/heavy items away from baseboards and remove items from walls. The cleaners will work around any items left in the way. 

Stand-Alone Cleaning Services

  • If you request steam mop cleaning, please remember to sweep hard floor areas prior to cleaners arrival. Cleaners will charge an additional $25/room if needing to be swept prior to steam mop cleaning. 
  • If you request carpet cleaning, please remember to vacuum areas prior to cleaners arrival. Cleaners will charge an additional $30/room if needing to be vacuumed prior to carpet cleaning. For pet carpet cleaning, an additional $50/room will be charged if vacuuming is needed. Please note that heavy furniture will not be moved by cleaners. If you would like an area to be cleaned under, please have it moved prior to cleaners arrival. 

CONSENT 

  • B&F Cleaning Services would like to utilize before and after photos during cleaning services to establish a business reputation on social media and website. B&F Cleaning Services will not disclose any photos without prior approval.
