How do you set your rates?

2 for 1! You will get two cleaners at one set hourly rate. 

Having two cleaners come into your home will reduce the time it takes to complete the tasks typically asked of one cleaner. It will also increase the quality of work completed during the time we provide the service. Our focus is to complete a quality cleaning and touch on areas one cleaner would not have time to touch on, due to the amount of work one cleaner has to complete on their own. 

If you have additional cleaning requests not shown on our site, please reach out to us. 

Do you supply your own tools and cleaning supplies?

Yes. We provide the tools necessary to complete the services we have listed. 

If you would prefer we use your own tools or cleaning supplies, we understand and are willing to accomidate. 

What cleaning products do you use?

We use high-quality, industry-standard cleaning products that are safe and effective for both your space and the environment.

How can I schedule a cleaning service?

Scheduling a cleaning service is easy! You can give us a call, send us an email, or fill out the contact form on our website, and we'll take care of the rest.

How far do you travel?

At no extra cost we travel up to 60 miles round trip from one of our personal homes. We select the home that is closest to you to determine mileage. Clients that are over 60 miles (round trip) will be charged standard rate of $0.655 per mile onto their service bill. 

Felicia lives near Aldrich, MN and Briana lives near Motley, MN.

Payment Options & Sales Tax

Payment is due immedietly after service is completed.

We accept Cash and Checks at this time. Sales tax is determined by client address using the "MN Department of Revenue Sales Tax Rate Calculator". 

Cash payments will not include sales tax.  

Checks can be written out to "B&F Cleaning Services LLC". 

Electronic Payments are not set up with B&F Cleaning Services at this time, but we are working towards adding this payment method soon.
